Cancellation and refunds
Notice
You may cancel a scheduled service or monthly plan with at least 24 hours’ notice by contacting chaniapropertywatch@yahoo.com or +30 697 397 8904.
Late cancellation and failed access
A visit cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice remains payable. If you are unavailable, access has not been arranged or the property cannot be accessed safely, 50% of that visit’s cost is payable.
Completed work and approved costs
Completed services and costs you separately approved remain payable. Refunds for any amount paid in advance will be handled in accordance with the agreed service terms and applicable consumer law.
