Maintenance coordination

Help coordinate an approved technician and keep you informed about the next steps.

Basic maintenance coordination with owner approval is included in Care and Complete; separately agreed for Essential. Third-party work and costs are separate.

Arrival & departure checks

A basic visual check before you arrive or after you leave, so you have an up-to-date picture of your home.

Care proposes 1 included pre-arrival visual check per year; Complete 2. Essential, extra checks and post-departure checks are separately agreed add-ons. Cleaning, shopping and preparation are separate.

Weather & urgent checks

An additional visual visit after severe weather or an unexpected concern, when access and conditions allow.

Bills & utilities support

Bill-administration assistance is included with Complete only and requires written customer authorisation. Utility bills themselves are separate.
