Plans and scope
Essential costs €59/month and includes 1 scheduled visual inspection and report. Care costs €89/month and includes 2, key holding, agreed mail checks, basic maintenance coordination, 1 standard pre-arrival visual check per year, and humidity and temperature measurements. Complete costs €169/month and includes 4, Care benefits, 2 standard pre-arrival visual checks per year, accessible water and electricity meter readings with photographs, and bill assistance with written authorisation. Monthly prices include VAT. Tailored plans are individually quoted. Distant-property travel charges are quoted and require your approval before charge.
Limits of service
Coverage is across Crete, subject to address, access, availability and safety. Visits are visual observations, not a building survey, security service, technical diagnosis or guarantee against damage. No on-site emergency arrival time is guaranteed. Contact and triage are available 24/7; attendance is arranged as soon as reasonably possible.
Approval and additional charges
No extra visit, travel charge, contractor work or other expense is arranged for a charge without your approval. Third-party labour, materials and utility bills are separate unless expressly agreed in writing. We do not hold customer funds or request online banking credentials.
Cancellation
You may cancel a scheduled service or monthly plan with at least 24 hours’ notice. A visit cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice remains payable. If you are unavailable, access has not been arranged or the property cannot be accessed safely, 50% of that visit’s cost is payable.
Starting service
A website enquiry or conversation is not a booking or service contract. Service starts only after scope, access, schedule and price are agreed with you.
Mandatory rights
These terms do not remove any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. If a written service agreement differs, the agreed written service terms apply.
