Who operates this website
Chania Property Watch, operated by Georgios Katotikidis. Contact: chaniapropertywatch@yahoo.com or +30 697 397 8904. If you submit the Request Property Care form, the details you provide are stored in the private Chania Property Watch management database hosted by Supabase in the EU region and are visible to the owner/administrator for review. The website is hosted by Netlify. Netlify Forms receives only a non-sensitive enquiry reference so it can send the owner a notification; the notification does not contain your contact details, property address, message or access information.
Enquiry information and use
The form asks for your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, country, property type and area, optional size and locality details, preferred service plan and start date, and any message or requirements you choose to provide. We use this information to review and respond to your request, assess service coverage and prepare a proposed scope. The enquiry remains pending until the owner reviews it; submitting the form does not create a customer account, activate a service or make a booking. Please do not enter access codes, alarm codes, banking credentials, identity documents or other sensitive information. The form is not marketing consent.
Retention and providers
Unsuccessful enquiries are retained for up to 12 months after the last contact, unless you request deletion earlier or a longer period is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims or comply with law. If you become a customer, relevant records are handled under the service and legal record-keeping requirements. Supabase stores enquiry records in the EU project region; Netlify hosts the website and processes the notification reference and technical logs. Netlify is configured to email the management inbox when a form notification is accepted; delivery depends on the provider and the mailbox’s filtering. Service providers may process limited technical information in other countries under their own safeguards and terms.
Contacting us
If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to provide and use it to respond and discuss your requested property-care service. Email and WhatsApp are third-party services and process messages under their own privacy terms. Do not send access codes, alarm codes, bank credentials, identity documents or sensitive personal information through these channels.
Property services
If a service is agreed, information needed to provide it may include contact details, property and access arrangements, agreed service scope, visit records, observations, photographs and communications. We use such information only to discuss or provide the requested service, keep necessary records and protect people and property. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Sharing, retention and security
Information is shared only as needed with service providers or authorised technicians for the requested work, or where law requires. Records are kept only for as long as needed for the service and applicable record-keeping obligations, then deleted or securely disposed of when no longer required. Appropriate access and security measures are used; no online system is represented as risk-free.

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, or raise a concern, by contacting us at chaniapropertywatch@yahoo.com. Applicable rights depend on the circumstances and law.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not intentionally use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Essential hosting and security logs may be processed by the hosting provider.
